Legislation includes Blum amendment to expedite Cedar Rapids flood protection
WASHINGTON, DC - The House of Representatives today passed the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WINN) Act of 2016 that includes Congressman Rod Blum’s bipartisan amendment calling on the Administration to expedite the Cedar Rapids flood protection project that was authorized by Congress in 2014.
